Since things have been kinda hectic in my life lately, I decided that Gabe & I would head off to a great park that I knew would be pretty vacant. It's on the side of a beach and is normally closed for the winter, but the walking trails are still open so we used those to access the park. The wind was strong, but the sun was going down and the water was shining. It was the perfect place for the two of us to just get away and have fun :)
Our first stop was the bridge. He was drawn to the quacking and wanted to see just where all the noise was coming from!
"RUN MOM RUN!" He's saying. I think he found out where all the noise was coming from. Haha.
We headed off the bridge and over towards the playground. Can you guess where he headed first?
Yep, my little monkey headed straight for some climbing!
Whew! Let's take a break for a minute mom.
Then, what next? Yep you guessed it. Going UPSIDE DOWN of course!
And, then why not add in some flips? He's a boy... can't ya tell?
I think I ended up with one happy camper. Would you agree?
A piece of advice, when you get a chance to have a moment to yourself, do it. The world gets a little crazy sometimes. A bit of fresh air, some love and peaceful time can change everything around. I promise :) And that's all for now folks! We're off for some Z's, have a wonderful night.
